Account Deletion Request

Use this page to request deletion of your HRIS app account and associated data.

How to Request Deletion

Email us from the email address linked to your account, or include the phone number used for login, so we can verify the request.

Request details to include

Your full name, registered email or phone number, organization/company name, employee ID if applicable, and a clear statement that you want your account deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

  • Your app login account, authentication tokens, notification tokens, and active sessions.
  • Profile information that is not required for legal, payroll, audit, security, or employment recordkeeping.
  • Uploaded files or images that are not required to be retained by your organization or by law.

What Data May Be Retained

Some data may be retained when needed for legitimate business, legal, security, tax, payroll, accounting, audit, or employment obligations. This may include:

  • Payroll, attendance, leave, approvals, timesheet, and HR records required by your organization.
  • Audit logs, security logs, transaction history, and records needed to prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Records required to resolve disputes or comply with applicable law.

Processing Time

We usually acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law, contract, or organizational recordkeeping requirements.
